Our Team

CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Grow US template creator base, oversee creator recruitment from all channels, new creator onboarding and education, top creator management and incentive settings.
  • Grow US DAU by diversified, high-quality template content, oversee trending content production, in-app template categorization
  • Regional content and operations calendar management.
  • US creator operations and content programming team management.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of working in content related operations role and have team management experience.
  • Familiar with the digital content eco-system, strong understanding of data analytics and systematic.
  • Fluent in English and familiar with US culture. Passion for video content.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125000 - $262000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
