Your Mission:

Create meaningful relationships while driving new revenue with top brands alongside the growing demand for Captiv8’s affiliate solutions. You will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with industry leaders with immediate impact. You will be an early figure in the company today and as they grow, so shall you. Leadership and management opportunities are a meaningful part of your growth plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed your new business revenue quota by creating solution-oriented partnerships with brands to help grow the affiliate business with agencies and brands direct.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and provide strategic guidance to potential customers that align with their long-term needs.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy and plan within a specific territory/vertical with the ability to scale quickly.
  • Be a thought leader within influencer and affiliate marketing by building high-value relationships with C-suite and marketing executives at key accounts.
  • Create and manage an accurate pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce with high predictability of outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling in social, influencer, or partnership/affiliate marketing.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing solutions
  • You thrive in a start-up environment that often moves quickly and rewards those who are eager to learn and grow with new opportunities.
  • You present creative solutions you are passionate about and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, often thinking outside the box in new and exciting ways.
  • Aggressive and capable of opening doors across clients at all levels with a proven track record of success in affiliate marketing.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to work autonomously to meet and exceed goals.
