Our team's mission is to power the creator economy by offering economic opportunities for creators who inspire creativity, bring joy, and provide value to our community. We are a product facing team and you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team (Product, Research, Design, and Data) to define and build solutions for creators who inspire members of our community every day.
We are looking for an experienced RD who has several years of technically leading large consumer-facing product experiences and has experience with helping individuals in the team reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
• Responsibile for building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• Working closely with product/operations and other teams to promote benign product iterations.
• Setting long-term technical/business goals and breaking them down into an executable roadmap.
• Facilitate close collaboration between cross-functional teams, balancing the pros and cons to ensure engineering delivery.
• Guiding technical solution design, helping team members grow and accumulate technical precipitation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of industry experience in large-scale system development, with excellent system design skills.
• Familiar with MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, MQ and other common open source components.
• Strong business acumen, excellent logical analysis ability.
* Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and collaboration ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Sensitive to data, with good data analysis and data mining skills.
• Experience in building user facing products on either mobile or web
• Experience in team management and project management.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $340100 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
