Arcaea is hiring for an Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing execution of our Influencer Marketing and Partnership programs for Future Society. Our goal is to make biology the most desired technology in the products we use and you will be critical for supporting our influencer marketing strategy and execution with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.

You will work in close partnership with social media, digital marketing, brand, and the creative teams. The ideal candidate should be trend and data driven, with a passion for creating brand awareness, follower growth, and community through relationships with others.

This opportunity is available to candidates residing within the United States for remote work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and manage our influencer marketing and partnership programs, working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to execute campaigns
  • Serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/influencers and the marketing team
  • Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns
  • Develop and execute partnership programs, driving brand awareness and sell through of products
  • Work closely with marketing team to garner reviews and feedback from our influencer community
  • Collaborate with Creative and other marketing team members for asset development that aligns with overall brand identity, goals, and budget
  • Identify and propose new influencer initiatives in support of key brand moments, events, and milestones
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to ensure alignment with all brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Set up and track necessary KPIs to measure the campaign's success
  • Research market data and trends to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community, providing recommendations for future campaigns.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • Bachelor's degree marketing, advertising, communication or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or PR marketing.
  • Passionate about all aspects of influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies and leading influencer campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and strategic in both content ideation and campaign execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with networking aptitude
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and understanding of how influencers participate.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies to execute and analyze results of influencer campaigns
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The range is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
