This is an exciting opportunity to join as our Talent Coordinator, working directly with our Director of Media Talent & Strategy to shape the overall direction of our content.

You will...

• Influence content strategy by recruiting talent who fit our brand, keeping a finger on the industry’s pulse, and analyzing performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage paperwork for Independent Contractors, including but not limited to submitting requests for new IC Agreements to BC US Legal and the approval of monthly invoices
• Coordinate candidate interviews, guest bookings, credential requests, annual offsites, visits to the New York office, and other needs related to scheduling and event planning
• Maintain talent databases and other cross-department resources, as well as serve as a liaison between key stakeholders
• Provide feedback to on- or behind-camera talent on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with an appetite for detail
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarly with American sports as well as the sports media and sports betting industries
• Strong editorial judgment and sensibilities that align with Action’s commitment to responsible gaming

• A passion for sports betting, sports media, or the Action Network and its talent brand
• A Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields
• Experience in influencer marketing
