Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Senior Content Creator is responsible for managing the video capture and editing for brand activations and new restaurant openings with a creative storytelling approach. This role is tasked with directing the video production process at each shoot including editing and delivering high quality compelling content to a social audience.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the social media, marketing and PR teams to develop comprehensive shot lists, run-of-show plans, scripts and delivery timelines for video and photo outputs
  • Leads the production team logistics and ensures that all personnel and necessary equipment are prepared
  • Directs the production team and talent during filming and ensures all required shots are captured
  • Utilizes a range of filming, lighting and audio techniques to quickly capture high quality footage
  • Captures supplementary content while on-site to enhance our social media presence and engagement
  • Manages the post-production process ensuring efficiency and timely completion
  • Collaborates with project stakeholders responding to and incorporating feedback promptly
  • Delivers final video recap and photo selects within project deadlines

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven experience as a video director and editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and editing
  • Able to capture and create branded content for social channels
  • Technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups and audio recording
  • Excellent understanding of composition, framing and storytelling techniques
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree
