Manager, Global Integrated Influence - CALVIN KLEIN
Position Summary
The Manager, Global Influence will support the Global PR & Influence Director in the creation, management & execution of all influencer strategy, partnerships, and programming, both within N. America and Globally.
Key within this role is to create and manage a deep network of influencers who lead the fashion conversation in key social platforms and within key cultural verticals (music, entertainment, etc), to leverage across the brand and business line plans. The role will create brand equity and demand for key CALVIN KLEIN products and stories. The position will develop strategies that foster consumer connections and inspire new/existing audiences via influencer relations and channels.
This position is responsible for providing a wide range of management across multiple influencer projects, experiences and campaigns within the Consumer Engagement team that scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the development of robust network of micro to mega influencers across fashion, culture (music, entertainment), lifestyle to leverage across all brand and business line plans.
- Establishes influencer objectives, priorities, plans and processes, consistent with N. America and Global business and brand goals.
- Creates clear & innovative influencer strategies to ensure maximum leverage and optimal service, clearly communicating strategy to regions in order to guide regionally programming in line with brand guardrails
- Manages the creation and execution of N. America & Global seasonal influencer programming that fuels consumer demand & engagement, including both organic and paid programs
- Oversees the organization of the influencer calendar and reporting across all influencer activity in N. America and Globally within regions, manages organization/database of global/regional content
- Oversee licensee influence initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Identifies and sources new influencer talent & cross-channel trends.
- Manages internal relationships to ensure all plans reflect business priorities and needs.
- Identifies, ideates & implements ongoing influencer partnership opportunities across internal functions – paid media, owned social, experience.
- Manages influencer budget(s) & invoicing
- Manages contracts with influencer partners.
- Manages all reporting around influencer programs based on existing/new platforms & consumer insights in partnership with regional teams.
- Creates inspiration internally and externally for the influencer function.
- Lead influencer team, managing professional development and growth

Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing space either within agency or brand (ideally both), ideally with a fashion/lifestyle background, and a long-term desire to pursue a career in influence.
- Key relationships with talent directly and talent managers and proven track record within industry a must.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required

DECISION MAKING: develop strategies for influencer relations through multiple channels, including identifying new influencer talent and programming
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: must be highly creative in identifying new opportunities through influencer network to optimize CK strategy
ENVIRONMENT: fast-paced, open floor plan, deadline driven.
Pay Range: $91,000 - $104,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
