  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, PR, or content development.
  • Experience in engagement, influencer marketing, or content partnerships/development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program and campaign planning (i.e., brief, production, and media activation).
  • Experience in consumer technology in multinational companies or creative agencies with a significant focus on influencer, partnership, and content strategy and implementation, or branded content activations.
  • Experience in device marketing.
  • Ability to influence partners and manage executive stakeholders to align around exceptional creative and programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interface with c-suite and to communicate cross-functionally.
  • Creative sensibility and passion for culture, design, and trends in tech.

As an Activation and Engagement Manager, you will partner with Brand Management and other cross-functional peers to extend our business priorities and brand platforms into partnership, influencer, and activation strategies for Android.

In this role, you will lead and execute Android’s influencer strategy with the responsibility to lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of multiple influencer campaigns as well as an always-on calendar for activation. You will contribute to the establishment of best practices for brand activation, and help define global guidelines for regions and countries’ locally relevant and globally consistent programs. You will partner with cross-functional leads to ensure that our programs and investments are integrated, culturally relevant, and effective. You will identify and implement tools and resources to ensure that P&E programs remain on the forefront of global and local cultural trends, and harness those trends to our advantage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive identified Android activation briefs delivering owned, earned, and paid executions.
  • Oversee and drive the Android influencer strategy and execution across campaign and always-on initiatives.
  • Manage and extend plans for how to develop excellent influencer strategies for Android, while acting as a partner to partners driving adjacent influencer workstreams.
  • Guide agency and other external creative partners to produce authentic, resonant, and impactful creative work.
  • Build trust and excitement within internal stakeholders on the role of Activation and Engagement in Android marketing campaigns.
