About The Role

As the Creator Community Coordinator, you will work closely with our Creator community to inspire and coordinate the best experiences in Highrise. You will join forces with teams like Live Ops, Support, and Trust & Safety to ensure a seamless experience. By providing feedback to the Product and Engineering team, you will help shape the tools that Creators use to build experiences and events.

One of your responsibilities will be the exciting challenge of coordinating and scheduling events on Highrise via the HRLive program. You will be the mastermind behind the scenes, overseeing event logistics and managing timelines. It's not just about coordinating; you will also create compelling content that highlights selected Creators within our Highrise community.

This role also involves creating comprehensive documentation that empowers Creators to achieve their maximum potential on our platform. You will help manage the Highrise Create portal, our Creator community Discord, and other communication tools, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for all members. You will collaborate with the Live Operations team to create engaging Live Events that promote in-game content, such as sales and other promotional events. By utilizing your creativity and understanding of the community's preferences, you will help increase engagement and excitement within Highrise.

  • Proven experience in building, growing, and engaging creator communities of 100+ members.
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation and instructions for digital communities.
  • Exceptional communication skills for crafting and delivering compelling messages verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships within creative communities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a track record in planning digital events.
  • Availability and willingness to participate in weekend events and experiences.
  • Demonstrated empathy and the ability to understand and act on community feedback.
  • Self-driven and proactive team player who takes full ownership of projects.
