Summary:
The main function of an Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with our AR marketing and business objectives; drive buy-in and alignment with cross functional teams
Insert our AR consumer brand into culture, building out tailored influencer marketing strategies and programs and exploring new tactics and platforms to reach our audiences.
Work cross-functionally to create insightful briefs drawing on different sources of insight and knowledge to create influencer campaigns and content which amplify and work in tandem with paid media activity, driving increased engagement and lifts in brand and product adoption measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and comms to integrate influencer programs with broader marketing and/or communication plans and activity; specifically partner with channels teams to coordinate the most effective mix of paid, earned and owned channels to achieve the defined adoption and sentiment goals.
Partner with Marketing, Comms, Insights, Data Science teams to track and analyze influencer marketing program performance, delivering data-driven results, insights and opportunities for optimization
Partner with, educate and influence external business partners to drive successful outcomes
Monitor and harness industry trends, staying up to date on emerging platforms, shifts in the creator and influencer landscape, competitive activity and channel best practices
Manage influencer program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and return on investment within the channel
In partnership with legal teams, drive compliance with clients high bar standards and regional regulatory requirements that govern influencer and partner marketing
Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of competitive brands including analysis of product features, design, perceived strengths and weaknesses
Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of company products including comparisons to past, current and future competitive offerings.
Document and present recommendations based on research and analysis
Work to identify and address critical branding issues
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in campaign marketing
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data
Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Factors, or related field required
