POSITION TITLE: Manager – Marketing Analytics
REPORTS TO: Director - Performance Marketing
SUPERVISES: Marketing Analyst
Purpose
The Manager of Marketing Analytics is responsible for developing and socializing the insights of all paid and owned marketing channels. They will partner with marketing channel leads to optimize budget and tactics by utilizing best-in-class modeling and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in marketing analytics and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Lead AE’s incremental marketing analysis by leveraging Marketing Mix Modeling software to provide quarterly budget and channel recommendations to marketing leads
- Use MTA solution to provide the necessary insights to optimize performance marketing channels
- Partner with digital media and social media agencies to analyze and optimize all campaign placements, creative, and advertising spend
- Provide insights into influencer program impact – both direct (URL tracking) and indirect (SEO, traffic/sales increases)
- Responsible for Google Analytics, Tableau reporting and dashboard creation to support the needs of all acquisition and retention-based marketing efforts
- QA of marketing data, pixel implementation and tracking setup for all digital marketing channels
- Assist with customer marketing campaign analysis including email, SMS, and direct mail
- Create & manage automated media spend reporting using API connections across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics or data science role
- 3+ years generating marketing insights for large, B2C organizations with robust digital marketing programs and budgets
- High degree of proficiency with data tracking, management, analysis, and visualization software including but limited to: Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Excel
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
