Senior Manager, Experience Planning
As a Senior Manager, Experience Planner at Kellogg you will be a cross-athlete with a deep understanding of how creative and integrated marketing channels can impact and drive the overall consumer experience resulting in behavior change. As a valued part of the Experience Planning team, you will lead Experience Planning and Influencer Strategy for multiple brands within a Category team. Our success is shaped by you.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Collaboration is Key – In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with brand teams to understand growth objectives, strategies and consumer behaviors and champion all phases of the Integrated Connection Planning process. As the Experience Planning specialist, you’ll participate in Brand Problem Identification/Driver and Commercial Idea briefing sessions, and lead the Experience Plan development with cross-functional and agency partners across Paid, Owned and Earned to ensure all touchpoints are aligned to the creative Direction and Experience Framework. - Set the Strategy – With an owner’s mindset, you’ll lead the Influencer/Earned Communications Strategy to impact consumer behavior by creating stronger credibility, advocacy and relevancy for our company, categories and brands. You’ll also consult and partner with the Social Content Strategist on the Social Strategy and content creation for a cohecive, agile consumer experience. Because, consumers are at the heart of everything we create.
- Lean Into the Data – Connecting marketing art with marketing science, you’ll leverage behavioral science principles and data to drive maximum consumer engagement and participation. You’ll also lead the analysis and learning from the KUBE, our agile optimization process and apply those to current/future Experience Plans, leveraging agile optimizations and recommendations based on – ROAS, ROI, GSV/$ into all Experience Plans.
- Share Best Practices - Acting as a connector and facilitator with internal teams, you’ll organize and lead cross functional Experience Workshops and assimilate internal and partner ideas/work into a cohesive output, serving as the foundation for the Experience Plan. You’ll apply platform best practices and establish guidelines as they relate to driving consumer behavior in the market.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Significant integrated marketing experience (10+ years) with superior integrated communications proficiency
- Strong cross-channel knowledge including traditional, Digital/Search, Social Strategy, Experiential, influencer/earned communications and Shopper/eComm touchpoints and a demonstrated understanding of how they can be architected into a connected experience in market
- Deep understanding of consumers, culture, category, brands and the interplay between each
- Proven ideation, brainstorming, and facilitation skills and demonstrated leadership in motivating cross functional teams including agencies
- Belief and commitment to the power of ideas, the creative process, and the ability to discern which will lead to a breakthrough presence in market and behavior change
- Ability to analyze and distill valuable insights from owned social content and share brand application
