About The Role

As a highly accomplished leader in client and people management, you possess an unparalleled track record of effortlessly maneuvering diverse client organizational structures and verticals. Your unwavering expertise has earned the trust of both internal and external stakeholders, who rely on your ability to deliver integrated solutions that surpass expectations, across a wide range of accounts.

With over 7+ years of experience in the social, influencer and/or agency world, you have forged powerful relationships with influential clients, cementing yourself as their most trusted partner and advisor. Your strategic acumen is unmatched, enabling you to identify opportunities for both growth and creativity, culminating in resounding success stories for clients and the agency alike. No matter how complex the challenge, your unwavering leadership steers teams toward tangible results and positive outcomes.

You maintain a determined dedication to expanding your skillset, continually honing your ability to manage an expanding number of accounts, maintain productive relationships, and inspire larger teams toward even greater heights. What you'll do here:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure client experience is 5-star delivering high-quality disruptive work on time and on budget.
• Monitor key account metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, and develop effective strategies to address any issues and maximize account potential
• Oversee the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns, managing resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Viral Nation Group cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Production and Paid Media to ensure alignment with client objectives and execution of best-in-class social campaigns.
• Act as a key contributor to new business pitches and proposals, leveraging existing client relationships and industry knowledge to win new opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies, sharing insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation and growth.
• Manage a team of at least 4 direct reports, strategically grooming and instilling essential client service skills to facilitate their ongoing professional development and progression. You indirectly manage several supporting team members from different capabilities as well as external partners for each project.
• Manage KPIs - Revenue Growth of Group, Retention of Clients and Staff.

You need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in the social, influencer and/or agency world
• Exceptional presentation skills and confidence among senior executives
• A consultative mindset. You're a long-term ‘bigger picture’ thinker and considered a trusted advisor to your cohort of clients
• A deep understanding of how to integrate each Viral Nation Group offering, able to create an environment where services successfully come to life.
• An ability to truly impact and influence at scale (both client & group staff)
• Strong people management experience
• Consistent qualities: rational, relational, practical and directional
