Our experienced team delivers successful influencer marketing campaigns by creating custom strategies, providing data insights, and managing end-to-end campaign operations.
As the Platform Operations Manager at Pixly you’ll work directly with the COO and be a key part of our team who is in charge of the backend management of the influencer sponsorships, maintaining Pixly’s internal systems, and facilitating campaign post-mortem reports for clients. You’ll be responsible for managing and controlling the operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of our current operational processes, ensuring they are running efficiently.
- Taking the lead in improving our processes by developing and implementing new operational strategies, plans, and policies.
- Spearheading all areas of the campaign setup process with our internal tools and dashboards.
- Acting as the go-to person for Pixly’s internal systems, campaign organization, and processes.
- Diligently inputting active campaigns into the Pixly database and tracking key business metrics.
- Building and running custom campaign reports for the team and clients, identifying optimizations and advising improvements to business stakeholders.
- Harnessing data from Pixly’s internal systems to deliver meaningful insights for client optimization.
- Collaborating with teammates, including Partnerships Managers, CTO, COO, CEO, and finance, to ensure Pixly’s internal systems are maintained and streamlined.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the TUNE (HasOffers) marketing platform is a must.
- Possessing a deep-rooted understanding of the influencer space and creator platforms, with a specific focus on YouTube.
- Excellent organizational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We're looking for a track record of tangible successes from projects you've undertaken in the past.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Having a deep understanding of standard advertising-based metrics, campaign KPIs, conversion funnels, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exuding business savviness and the ability to translate complex KPI metrics into actionable improvements for campaign performance.

Salary Description
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
