Duties

  • Develop Simple, Surprising, and Significant ideas and campaigns.
  • Create amazing, award-winning design work
  • Develop conceptual treatments and detailed designs for brand strategy, digital content creation, web development, online advertising, social media, experiential, mass media, PR and print campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects at one time and work with efficiency
  • Crack the conceptual approach to campaigns
  • Sell and defend ideas
  • Support digital content (video) creation and develop multi-faceted campaign ideas

Requirements

  • Must be a conceptual thinker
  • Be an excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Be flexible in your ability to take individual initiative and self-manage
  • 5+ years professional agency experience or combination agency and in-house experience for a major brand
  • Comprehensive knowledge of typography and the Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Keynote, Responsive Web Design, Component Based Design, multi-channel communications
  • A past portfolio of work and case studies that make our collective jaws drop
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
  • College educated with a BFA or similar design or arts related field
