We’re looking for a Content Services Coordinator
Our Content Services Program is looking for a dynamic Coordinator that will help support our creators’ content efforts. The candidate will join our Content Services Department as it develops programs and processes to help our creators optimize the content that they publish, with a focus on VOD-first platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter).
The role will report to the Vice President of Content Services, and support the entire content services department.
On any given day you might...
- Help organize and manage production personnel on behalf of a wide variety of talent
- Review, revise and supply impactful feedback for editors, animators, and thumbnail designers for creators’ content releases
- Work closely with our Sales and Activations teams to ensure deliverables are met for partners and clients
- Collaborate with both Talent and the Content Services Department in ideating and deploying content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, Twitter and Instagram
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding various post-production personnel for creators’ teams
- Track various trends and platform best-practices for deployment of creator’s content platforms and share with the team/creators on how to best implement trends for various creators
- Coordinate with production personnel in creating content calendars and supplemental documentation to streamline publishing of content on VOD platforms
- Assemble meaningful analytics reports on VOD platform performance
- Assist and support production team meetings
- Parse through available content inventory of creators to identify what would work best for short and long form content
Ideally, you have...
- Insatiable curiosity, a relentless pursuit of knowledge, and a coachable disposition
- A demonstrable expertise and awareness in all things content with a focus on YouTube and Short Form content platforms
- Intimate knowledge of the editing, thumbnail (YT) and titling processes
- Knowledge of how to optimize and package content for success on VOD channels
- Attention to detail and high level of natural organization
- A collaboration-first mindset
- Experience working in a client-facing / customer-service role
- A passion for great content

- Have experience in working with gaming and gaming adjacent talent or post-production teams is a plus!
- Regularly consume content across multiple interests and subject matters, carefully tracking upcoming and ongoing trends
- Understand when the work requires showing up during odd-hours and weekends, when necessary
