As part of our rapidly growing team, the Content Strategy Coordinator will collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and technical teams. This position will create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and distribute content that drives traffic to websites, social media, landing pages, and other consumer-facing channels.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Help build our content practice by supporting content strategy and creation across multiple accounts
- Learn to plan, create, and manage quality content across platforms to make our clients’ digital content more engaging and impactful to target audiences
- Provide strategic support for creative campaign concepts, content plans, influencer activations, and content creation
- Develop the capability to analyze social metrics for report development and make optimization recommendations based on insights
- Facilitate the development of persona user journeys based on data and insights that contribute to relevant customer experiences and interactions
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You’re a trendspotter with 2+ years of industry experience in Social or Content Strategy
- Well-versed in consumer experience insights and content creation best practices/principles
- Highly motivated, results-driven with the ability to create excitement internally and externally
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the instinct to roll up your sleeves and find the solution
- Possess a journalistic drive to investigate, fact-check, ask questions, and understand new topics, including highly technical subject matter
- Knowledgeable in all social platforms and content best practices, including TikTok, and easily adaptable & eager to master emerging platforms (ie: Clubhouse)
- Must demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, mechanics, and vocabulary)
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and problem-solving ability to work under pressure to meet time commitments
- Understanding of paid social principles, how organic & paid social can work together, and search engine optimization
- Proficiency in content management systems, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office on a Mac OSX platform a PLUS
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
- Capability and commitment to make strategic recommendations based on data
