JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a curious, self-driven Senior Creative to lead content strategies and content creation for brand social, campaigns, and performance work streams across several accounts. While the unique title on our team is Senior Creative, think of this hybrid role as Senior Creative Strategist meets Senior Copywriter.

In this position, you will be hands-on in the strategic, conceptual, and executional side of the work, responsible for coming up with and pitching killer ideas that capture target audiences’ attention, inspire behavioral change, and make a real difference in clients’ businesses. You’ll work closely with the account planning team to understand client goals and partner with the design and tech teams to bring your creative vision and strategies to life. All your work will be underpinned by a deep understanding of digital platforms (existing and new) and social best practices.

You’ll push the boundaries of briefs, dig into the why, and explore new creative frontiers. Often, clients come to us with a business objective or a new audience to reach—it’s your job to unpack what that could mean and where that could live creatively. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, an unwavering curiosity about the latest digital offerings, and close collaboration across departments.

You’ll report into the Associate Creative Director.
