The Digital Content Creator is responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions to support the company’s websites and social media pages.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.
- Produce videos, podcasts, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways on our company websites and social media pages.
- Conduct research on topics related to the company's products or services to help identify new trends or opportunities for growth.
- Create digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of certain products or services.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position requires up to 15% travel.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ documented experience creating strong and engaging content. Verifiable portfolio required.
- Ability to create and edit exciting, compelling videos.
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and video editor skills
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Superior writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Excellent research, organization and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as departmental reports and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
