The Digital Content Creator is responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions to support the company’s websites and social media pages.

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.
• Produce videos, podcasts, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways on our company websites and social media pages.
• Conduct research on topics related to the company's products or services to help identify new trends or opportunities for growth.
• Create digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of certain products or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This position requires up to 15% travel.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ documented experience creating strong and engaging content. Verifiable portfolio required.
• Ability to create and edit exciting, compelling videos.
• Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and video editor skills
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Superior writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Excellent research, organization and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as departmental reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
