Steel City Brand is family owned and operated clothing brand, who has been in business for over 11 years. We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual to work collaboratively with our team to manage our social media platforms, execute email marketing and work with our influencer base. This person should be able to tell stories through our channels that are interesting and compelling to our community.

- Design weekly emails and additional marketing assets as needed
- Send emails to segmented lists and measure results
- Create content that can be shared to increase engagement
- Post compelling content daily on all social platforms
- Measure results in order to determine what our audience likes
- Source and work with content creators to regularly create content across all brand pillars
- Create photo and video content which will engage and inform our community while accurately representing the brand
- Upload media across social and e-commerce channels
- Develop content weekly by following the marketing calendar and execute on prompts provided by the Creative Director
- Pitch ideas to keep our social channels relevant to our customer’s mindset
- Visually document the behind the scenes of our brand
- Contact existing and new influencers daily to generate content
- Engage our community to request UGC
- Generate reporting to show growth across set KPIs
- Provide email and social strategies for new product launches and collaborations
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- 2+ years experience with Klaviyo or comparable email platform
- 2+ years of social media management
- 1+ years working with social media influencers and affiliates
- Photography and videography experience preferred
