We’re seeking a Brand Manager for specific focus on the Latine market within the Affinity team at Match Group. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, creative and a strategic thinker who lives and breathes multicultural marketing with a focus on the Hispanic demographic. In this fast-paced, high impact role, you will help us build marketing strategy and tactics for a new app.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Continuing to shape and grow the Chispa brand by executing marketing programs and tactics to support product updates, PR, promotions, influencer marketing and community campaigns while building brand awareness and driving registrations of the app
  • Driving strategic insights, knowledge & trends about the Latine community and dating preferences
  • Assessing performance of brand efforts/campaigns and identifying new community-relevant opportunities/partnerships for building brand awareness
  • Supporting product marketing ideation, development and integration of product features into app
  • Developing & nurturing relevant partnerships and relationships for our brand
  • Beginning to end internal partnership with the brand & product teams as we develop and elevate the new brand throughout all touch-points, including advertising, research and in-app experiences
  • Driving the social media strategy, including channel + content strategy and brand voice, to create brand awareness and drive app downloads
  • Driving influencer marketing strategy and execution
  • Cross-functional business liaison with various teams including legal, media, performance marketing, product, & technology
  • We could be a match if:

  • You have an undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
  • You have a strong passion for the Hispanic Community
  • You are bilingual (English/Spanish required) and immersed in the Latino community and culture
  • You are a creative storyteller and content creator who is obsessed with all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and new ones to come!)
  • You have experience managing social media for a brand, including developing strategy, creative, building a community, and growing the channels through word of mouth
  • You have at least 4+ years of marketing/strategy experience, preferably for consumer mobile apps and/or consumer startups; agency experience is a plus!
  • You have a desire to build, make connections and are a social person, especially within the Latino community
  • You have experience leading influencer marketing programs
  • You have the ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional teams
  • You are a self-starter who is curious, scrappy and resourceful with the ability to develop and execute out-of-the-box ideas
  • You have analytical prowess and curiosity for understanding performance metrics and reporting
  • Ideally you have creative skills and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop (or other similar programs)

  • In this role, you’ll report to our Sr. Director – Brand Marketing and work alongside the Affinity brand marketing team who is focusing on all our Affinity products

  • Success on this team will require fantastic communication and relationship-building skills along with the ability to be creative and develop “scrappy” out-of-the-box ideas
