Job Description

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support ZAM's agency business in developing, implementing, and managing the go-to-market strategies for influencer programs of our gaming clientele. The ideal candidate will be a passionate gamer that demonstrates exceptional organizational ability and communication skills. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will leverage your knowledge of the gaming influencer market to support our influencer programs to recruit key opinion leaders and execute result-driven campaigns.

Duration of contract will be 6 months with a possibility of transition into a Full Time Employee.

Salary for this role will be $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with internal agency teams and external client stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Intelligence, Creative Development, Finance, Community, and Executive Management).
  • Manage relationships to build a network of influencers and talent agencies to leverage with our various gaming clientele.
  • Support our paid and unpaid influencer initiatives that will improve audience acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Formulate and execute influencer and content marketing strategies and campaigns for overall strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with community and game management teams to establish goals and objectives to achieve KPIs.
  • Communicate and coordinate between teams to align all team members; ensure communication between teams is transparent.
  • Project management: monitor status of the project from kick-off to post-performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure of on-time delivery and conduct consistent post-mortem reports.
  • Travel as needed for in person events.
  • Stay curious: It's critical to acquire a deep passion and understanding for our games and the communities that surround them

Experience And Skills Needed

  • BA/BS from an accredited university in Marketing or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with influencers or within the creator economy.
  • Experience in brand marketing, gaming communities, or marketing operations
  • Experience in client-facing or partner services roles
  • Self-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented, fast learner; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units
  • Great teammate with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills including writing and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Experience in deck building/PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides
  • Experience with project management tools, content management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Documents.
  • Avid gamer with experience in PC/console and mobile products a plus
  • Remote with occasional team meetings in Los Angeles and client travels.
