Tracer was incubated within VaynerMedia and spun out in 2018 as its own company. We are proud to share that we closed our seed funding round in June 2021 at nearly $10MM. We are growing quickly and passionate about the road ahead.

The Opportunity
The Marketing and Brand Manager will support all aspects of the B2B marketing process for Tracer. This includes developing and implementing integrated marketing communication plans and campaigns in alignment with key business priorities, brand, and customer needs.
They will oversee the brand vision through careful execution of the design, messaging, voice, and approach of all B2B marketing efforts. This will include social media, outbound marketing, advertising campaigns, industry event planning, and internal/external communications.
The Marketing and Brand Manager will influence the strategic direction of the Tracer brand, developing the brand experience, launching integrated marketing efforts, and working closely with other commercial leaders to support the awareness, consideration and adoption of Tracer. The Manager will ensure Tracer is intentionally reaching new customers and markets by building strategic marketing initiatives that share our technical expertise as well as put our unique brand voice into the center of data intelligence conversations.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure consistency and integration across all messaging platforms including direct marketing, public relations, social media, advertising, events and sales.
- Manage the execution elements of the optimal integrated brand marketing campaign mix including web marketing, collateral, case studies, partner success deliverables, videos, events, demos, PR, broadcasts/webinars, digital, social media, thought leadership, influencer, etc.
- Develop deliverables and report out on overall success of impact through marketing channels.
- Work cross functionally to build sales engagement in marketing programs.
- Manage the work of external vendors when necessary.
- Overall accountability for allocating the budget and recommendations on how dollars are generated and/or spent.
- Manage PR and creative partners to create a brand identity for Tracer and a full suite of brand assets (visual guidelines, brand voice education, marketing templates/tools)
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans, including oversight of calendar planning, creative development, and photography/video production
- Establish brand partnership(s) and champion the brand across all owned marketing channels (e.g., loyalty, digital, social)
- Contribute to corporate strategic plans and develop objectives to execute strategies.
- Active, consistent, and persistent collaboration with Business Development; providing marketing vision, strategy, accountability, responsibility, direction, goals, prioritization, inspiration, development, and recognition for teams.
- Deliver exceptional execution of day-to-day operations, meeting or exceeding performance and quality goals and deadlines.
- Participate in the key functions of Business Development, as applicable:
- Customer and Partner Nurturing
- Create Custom Presentations for customers and industry conferences.
- Create and maintain case studies
- Oversee key functions of Marketing, as applicable:
- Corporate brand management, communication, and modifications.
- Create and maintain award and event submissions
- Marketing/advertising campaigns.
- Trade show participation as needed
- Industry/market trends, competition, competitive products, and possible partners.
- Content generation and production across all media platforms. Examples include: branding, artwork, web graphics, advertisements, product documentation, technical literature, installation instructions, etc.

Where We Work
- We are headquartered in NYC!
- Our office is intended to be a resource for our NY based team, we believe it's our responsibility to make sure our team has a home base, but support a flexible working environment.
- We are open to permanently remote candidates dependent on position, and currently have team members in London and in 13 states across the US
