Required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Adverting, Digital or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years demonstrable experience
  • Ability to display sensitivity and respond appropriately to team members, supporters, donors, clients, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and knowledge of Facebook Business Manager,Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
  • Outstanding problem solving and cross collaboration skill sets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to gain consensus/elicit enthusiasm internally to encourage team members to participate in content creation and project execution
  • Strong project management skills, delivering projects according to deadlines and timelines
  • Working knowledge of Constant Contact, SharePoint, WordPress, and other website platforms
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills
  • Experience at an agency, nonprofit or multi-site organization highly preferred
  • Ability to edit and manage video assets a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Roles and Responsibilities Brand Marketing

  • Assist with the development of marketing communications collateral, email campaigns, presentations, and other assets, with attention to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Pace teams to ground our external and internal communication in Pace brand.
  • Manage intranet news page and internal email newsletter
  • Support the creation of collateral and video assets using Canva, InDesign or other design tools
  • Support external email efforts and direct mail campaigns
  • Develop relationships within centers and other internal teams to ensure cohesion, creation of synergies and streamline processes while managing our brand.
  • Contribute to content strategy and editorial decisions such as determining what content we should engage our audiences with, topics for blogs, and approach to content organization and deployment

Project Management

  • Manage Asana, project management tool, for all project requests
  • Act as traffic manager for all locations and departmental creative, digital, video, and website requests helping steward multiple location projects simulataneously.
  • Maintain relationships with outside vendors including designers, web developers and agencies
  • Support direct mail, and paid marketing effforts

Digital Marketing

  • Manage Facebook Business Manager, including auditing multiple center sites
  • Audit Social Media including posting, monitoring, responding and engaging with followers and identifying potential influencer.
  • Support social media goal setting and reporting, including developing monthly and quarterly social media reports.
  • Create landing pages, manage vendors on annual major web updates, and manage ongoing updates on Pace external website.
  • Support the execution of targeted digital marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and traffic and maximize search engine optimization.
  • Collaborate with our vendors to manage dashboards, create reports and manage digital KPI's
