buywith is a Live stream shopping platform operation in the live commerce space, connecting creators with brands for a frictionless live stream shopping experience. Using a simple omni-channel link, any shopper can join the live events and enjoy a fun social shopping experience inside the brand’s website (Pic-in-pic) alongside their favorite creators, influencers and other shoppers in the community. buywith’s platform enables brands to engage and convert in today’s creator economy with minimal integration and full access to the coveted Gen Z and Millenials shoppers.
Job brief
We are looking for a US-Based true community manager with a great passion for Influencer community management and Livestream shopping in general. Someone who's a fast learner with a "hands-on" mentality to help us build our community of content creators for our Livestream Shopping marketplace worldwide.
- Execute ongoing influencers community activities including campaigns, reach-outs briefs, partnerships.
- Work directly to buywith’s Influencer & Creator TeamLead as a part of the Marketing team
- Manage influencer performance per brand, re-evaluate and set personal goals consistently review and update KPIs according to company objectives
- Work directly with influencer agencies and agents for the ongoing campaigns while cultivating and nurturing close business relationships
- Work closely with CSM, and Marketing teams to align to company’s goals and objectives
- Manage influencers ongoing activities with our roster of brands
- Initiate new opportunities to further inform and drive influencer activity to meet business needs
- Ensures client satisfaction of work produced by the influencer campaign execution team
- Directly manage and oversee buywith’s stars core supply team of content creators and Influencers community
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow, build and lead our influencers & content creators community
- Onboard new Influencers to buywith’s roster and conduct technical all trainings
- Collect feedback from the community and help us improve our product.
- Track and measure engagement, growth, and conversionsManage all relations within the community
- Build strong relationships and partnerships - design the partner strategy alongside the head of Marketing to define key partners that will grow the business.
- Track influencers' results and incentivize the good ones.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Enhance and challenge the team’s thinking to optimize their overall execution and performance
- Manage influencer marketing forecast, budget, and optimizations based on business needs
- Identify and collaborate with cross-functional agencies, agents and freelance content creators to optimize ongoing activities and constantly improving process/workflow
- Support our brands to be their own storytellers with the help of creators and influencers that understand and love their brand sincerely.
- Develop and execute a data-driven plan to each one of our brands with measurable KPI and be responsible for the success of these plans
- Successfully execute product launches, evergreen marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with an influencer first strategy that supports overall business priorities
- Exceed targets across revenue, engagement, messaging and follower growth, working closely with the social, communications and editorial teams
- Use data insights to effectively test and measure ongoing activities
- Proactively seek new ways to train and improve our community of creators driving revenue and engagement.
- Liaise directly with our clients for influencer approval, feedback & to constantly support their changing needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven "hands-on" relevant experience in Influencers community management or marketing roles
- US-based (the time zone of work hours will be the US)
- Native English Speaker – a must!
- Great technical skills – a must!
- A true passion for Livestream shopping and Social commerce
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with experience writing press releases, pitches, and marketing or influencer briefs
- Self-starter and great problem solving skill, fast and eager to learn
- Follow creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and/or new wave platforms.
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape and the associated platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc)
- Data driven mindset - experience with social listening skills and social media analytic tools eg CreatorIQ, Falcon, Sprinklr etc
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable translating data into easily actionable insights
- Great communication skills & a fast learner Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Kind and easy to work with! Someone who wants to come in and help lead the team to success
- Experience in multiple verticals ideally tech/ gaming, wellness, homeware & or food/ cooking
- Excellent customer service skills - some experience in account management or working directly with high touch, high value clients.
