What We Need
We're looking for a Sr. Director/Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to be the primary driver of brand, PR, content/social, SEO, and community/ambassadors. This role is both responsible for (a) protecting brand value and (b) driving healthy flywheel of growth through organic channels leading, creating, executing and driving innovative and cost effective 360 degree brand marketing strategies and campaigns. This person will serve as the key creative & strategic lead marketer for Maisonette, always innovating while supporting our core brand values to build meaningful connections with our consumer. The ideal candidate would have 10+ years in marketing, with experience in fashion, home or children's marketing, passion and expertise in social, influencers/brand ambassador marketing and experience across all marketing touch points with proven success of developing insightful, impactful marketing campaigns and strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the overall Brand Marketing strategy and implementation across our platforms (web and app), working closely with channel owners, cross-functional teams and Executive teams
- Build strategy that focuses on accelerating organic traffic through brand, PR,content, social and SEO
- Big idea thinker with ability to leverage customer insights to build and craft marketing ideas into strategic 360 campaigns
- Expert in development of comprehensive, marketing plans across all marketing levers, including but not limited to site marketing, lifecycle, social marketing, influencer & partnerships, PR, and digital marketing
- Lead and manage the integrated marketing calendar development that leverages historical campaign performance, customer insights, seasonal merchandising strategy, to support tentpole and seasonal moments
- Lead content strategy that supports brand and marketplace across site/app, blog, social and PR driving new and repeat customers visits and engagement
- Partner with Lifecycle team on branded messaging that tells our brand value, platform/program benefits and creates a reason to return
- Provide leadership to direct reports including coaching, development and strategic/tactical direction, serving as a mentor and role-model to team members
- Responsible for presenting and adapting plans based on feedback to internal key stakeholders, Executive team and Founders
- Anticipate future trends and react to business needs to constantly refine marketing strategies and plans
- Report on performance of organic traffic channels, sitewide promotions and platforms
- Ability to compile and analyze data quickly to report on performance and create data-based recommendations and strategies
- Maximize campaign impact: ability to digest, synthesize, and leverage information across the business to inform decisions, turn individual ideas into broader integrated campaigns and help functional teams drive greater impact in their day-to-day roles
- Ability to create strong briefs, driven by insights and data, & guide creative in an effective way that provides compelling content and internal efficiencies
- Develop, manage and allocate brand marketing budget
About You
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or brand marketing for fashion, childrens and/or home business
- Strong experience developing innovative 360 marketing plans that heavily leverage digital channels
- Creative marketer with passion to challenge the status quo
- Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and organizational agility to leverage partnerships across the organization to get work done
- Unique ability to drive big picture strategic thinking, paired with flawlessly execution
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage 3+ direct reports
- Incredible communicator with ability to craft and pitch immersive marketing stories and plans
- Passion for consumer insights, data and trends
- Obsessed with the world influencers/creators and social media marketing
- Experience in concepting and executing partnership and events
- Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to react and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas
- Entrepreneurial spirit – able to deal with ambiguity and be flexible & agile
- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
Salary + Perks
- $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience

The above represents the expected salary range for this role. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll take into consideration factors including your location of residence, experience, and other job-related factors.
