THE ROLE:
The Audio team at Athletic Greens (AG) is looking for an experienced, highly organized and collaborative Manager, Audio Partnerships to support the management of our partner expansion testing strategy. This role sits on the Partnerships team (New Partner expansion), reporting to the Senior Manager of Partnerships.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work, are accountable, and who possess strong communication skills. This individual will work closely with our new podcast partners, building long-lasting effective and trusting working relationships that are in support of Athletic Greens business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage, expand, and optimize our new Audio partners through identifying, onboarding, and setting our partners up for long term success with the brand.
- Maintain and track new Audio partnerships — setting up initial agreements, educating on usage and benefits, tracking placements, and post-campaign analysis.
- Measure the effectiveness of each Audio campaign against performance guardrails and provide recommendations to enable partners to maximize customer acquisition.
- Identify and recommend top performing partners that will elevate into our core workflow, ensuring the necessary pipeline transition.
- Contribute to the Audio test planning goals through partner optimization and ownership.
- Drive reporting and optimization of Audio Partnerships test investment, by diving deep on relevant growth metrics that drive acquisition and CAC goals.
- Lead and support other strategic projects and initiatives to support the Partnerships team in working with the Creator Economy.
- Perform in-depth competitive and industry research to help identify new test verticals and keep our audio partnerships strategy cutting-edge.
- Build strong partner-first relationships that builds an exceptional partner experience.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years experience in performance/growth marketing and/or creator/influencer marketing.
- Prior experience working in the Podcast industry is required.
- Demonstrated success in client management and fostering effective business partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Tableau or similar BI platform experience a plus).
- Highly detail oriented and a proactive problem-solver.
- Self-starter, embodies an ownership-mindset.
- Strong time management skills.
- Very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pivot, prioritize, and execute on changing goals and needs.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to one’s responsibilities; a passion for innovative and strategic solutions to challenges.
- Skilled in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in a remote-first or remote-only environment.
- Previous experience managing vendors and/or clients (references a plus).
- Passion for the Podcast industry and Creator Economy.
- Passionate about the health and wellness space.
- Highly analytical, critical thinker who approaches every problem or question with a perspective.
- Comfortable working with data to drive decision making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A professional, personable demeanor over the phone, on video calls, and in person.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Comfortable with occasional business travel.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $85,000 - $108,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
