The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users/consumers through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and EDM.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for TikTok Shop US consumer growth and implement relevant content(short video/livestream) strategies, both for the first time consumer and repeated consumers.
• Familiar with content and e-commerce business, including content growth and campaign organizing, consumer content hobbies in TikTok shop platform.
• Work closely with local creator ops team and user growth Shanghai middle platform team, organize and coordinate projects with them, produce analysis, reviews and insights together with data analysis team.
• Iterate insights and strategies about content growth for Growth team to drive fast growing consumer base and GMV.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years experience in content operation, familiar with other platform strategy;
• Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility for business objectives.
• Data driven and proactive. Being bilingual would be a plus.
