Key responsibilities:
- Create and build the social media brand presence, driving audience growth, engagement and customer loyalty.
- Creating content plan and strategy for brand channels, scheduling based on trend, strategy and business needs.
- Engaging audiences thoughtfully and in a timely manner, based on best practices.
- Work in partnership with all marketing and business teams to ensure key styles and messaging is reflected in plans.
- Create all social media copy, and provide suggested messaging to talent partners.
- Monitor customer messages and comments, and direct to appropriate teams accordingly.
- Monitor consumer and social media trends to generate new and relevant content formats
- Connecting and generating conversation with existing and potential customers.
- Support on cross-functional needs, partnering with Buying, Ecommerce, Operations team to ensur channels are running smoothly.
- Liaise with directors or heads of other teams such as sales, marketing, customer support, branding, finance, IT and account management to ensure customer-centricity in their respective departmental work and help them deliver in accordance with the overall customer experience strategy.
- Establishing community, content and brand voice guidelines.
- Implement influencer-led content, by platform, and review for performance and evolution in strategy
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure the content is utilized where helpful, to support business needs and paid media effors
- Maintain a review of all UGC, to incorporate into social/email, monitoring to ensure diversity of global customer is reflected and community engagement is encouraged.
- Experience working with content and talent engagement tools, to review for performance, optimization and go-forward strategy.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
