About The Role:
As the Senior Campaign Manager, you will act as the vital link between our growth and brand marketing teams, all while steering the execution of our marketing campaigns across diverse channels. You'll have the unique opportunity to work on massive, culturally significant campaigns for one of the fastest growing consumer brands in the world. The ideal candidate will bring robust project management experience, expertise in the Food & Beverage CPG industry, and a keen ability to identify and leverage emerging trends.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Orchestrate omnichannel marketing campaigns in alignment with Feastables' business strategy, the MrBeast brand, and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partners.
- Own the planning, execution and analysis of highly impactful brand campaigns at the master level, ensuring holistic, 360-degree buy-in and progress across the organization.
- Manage campaign projects across diverse business units such as growth, brand marketing, sales, technology, and consumer experience.
- Streamline and maintain project management documentation using project management tools like Notion.
- Lead campaign/project kickoff, status, debrief, and analysis meetings with colleagues and leaders across the organization.
- Facilitate consistent communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Liaise with technology and CX teams to understand campaigns' potential tech implications across platforms.
- Provide comprehensive campaign performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Lead the curation of strong, KPI-focused, narrative-driven decks.
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the marketing and CPG landscape
Recipe For Success:
- 5+ years of experience in project or campaign management roles, ideally within the Food & Beverage CPG industry
- Robust marketing project management background (preferably within a marketing function) with proficiency in tools like Notion or Jira.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Varied skill set with exposure to promotions/sweeps, social media, paid media, CRM/Lifecycle, Ecommerce, growth marketing, big brand marketing,
- Ecommerce, Media, Promotion, Lifecycle platform experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for deriving actionable insights, learnings and the "why" from campaign performance data
- A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment.
- Strategic role experience within a marketing/ad agency or in-house, support-oriented marketing function
- Experience interfacing with platforms such as Shopify
- Ecommerce, Media, Promotion, Lifecycle platform experience a plus.
- Passion for the creator / social media space
- Experience in the retail sector (working within, alongside, or in support of a national retailer) a plus
