Location: Los Angeles, CA

This position is a three-month temporary residency with the potential to go full-time immediately following. We are accepting applications for all residency classes.

You're a storyteller, you know what's trending on TikTok before it’s even a trend, your Instagram stories are always on point, and you’re the go-to in your group for the most aesthetic Snapchats. Ready to put that passion to work? ThreadBeast, the premier men’s streetwear subscription service, is looking for someone just like you.

We’re ThreadBeast, the style rebels, paid social mavens, #OOTD creators, and "For You Page" kings. We don't just surf the Internet; we're weaving the fabric of the digital fashion world. From TikTok videos that trend before breakfast to the freshest memes on Twitter, we're stitching together narratives for our brand and the community we love. Our pace? Breakneck. Our content? Top-tier. And we're on the hunt for more wild minds like ours, brimming with killer content ideas and the skills to bring them to life! We're all about the offbeat, the unexplored, the fresh-faced, or the veteran visionaries. Passionate creators and culture curators only.

Your Mission

Want to thread the needle with us? We need a content-creating superhero to join our team for a tour of duty. You'll be diving headfirst into the digital deep end, with the task of boosting our creative content output (both video and static) for our paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Ready to make waves?

What’s your hustle? Hoops junkie? A blogger who spins captivating tales? DJ? Redditor? AI Pioneer? Screenwriter? Sneakerhead? A TikTok trailblazer? Or a Jack-of-all-trades? We embrace all these and more... The only prerequisite - a raison d'être for crafting engaging and compelling narratives and a knack for bringing them to life. You’ll:

  • Create captivating video ads for Facebook/Instagram, streaming platforms, and YouTube using content you shoot, editorial footage, influencers, user-generated content, and eye-catching images.
  • Craft short and snappy story ads with gifs that fit perfectly, regardless of aspect ratio.
  • Demonstrate expertise in design composition, typography, and attention to detail for impactful results.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team, using data-driven insights to refine our winning formulas.
  • Drive ideas from inception to execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with video best practices, post-production workflows, and software updates for efficient workflows.
  • Embrace the trends and formats of paid social media and growth marketing, sharing inspiring updates with the team. Let's learn, grow, and create together!

In Your Utility Belt

  • Your secret identity: Video editor, social media maverick, or similar. Whether you’ve got a year of experience under your belt, or you’re fresh off the graduation stage, we want to see your stuff.
  • Your superpowers: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and an expert understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms.
  • Your sidekicks: Clear communication and a collaborative work style.
  • Your motto: Be resourceful, be diligent, solve problems creatively, and never lose sight of the big picture or the tiniest detail.

Work Schedule: You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm PT business hours Monday-Friday in our West Hollywood HQ. If you are not available for a start date of June please let us know what residency you would be interested in joining. We have three residency classes a year: January, June, and September.
