Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help drive product go-to-market strategy and help our prospects and customers understand what is possible with 1E. We need someone that is an action-oriented creator who can build unique, compelling, and market aligned content to help us communicate the value of our platform.

You must be able to thrive as an individual contributor and assist other marketing, sales, product, and customer success professionals in promoting and integrating the value of 1E's solutions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop go-to-market and launch strategies for products and features of ownership
  • Gather win/loss information to discover insights that will inform go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with product management to develop business cases for new products and features
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to deliver compelling and successful sales training and content
  • Build buyer personas, messaging, and positioning through primary and secondary research in target segments
  • Partner with marketing to build marketing campaigns, from awareness through nurture
  • Understand marketing trends, and assist in proactively adjusting positioning to capture emerging opportunities
  • Develop remarkable and compelling content, including short videos, blogs, webinars, and field enablement programs, all aligned to the core value proposition and messaging for 1E's offerings
  • Assist product marketing programs and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan such that sales teams, demand marketing, and partner organizations are adequately informed.

What You'll Bring:

6+ years of experience in sales, product management, or product marketing, preferably in one or more of these market areas: End User Computing, IT Operations Management

  • Proven sales and marketing skills, including the ability to message solutions, facilitate cross-functional content creation, and assist sales enablement in aligning the 1E's value propositions and key differentiators.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • Powerful written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – you are comfortable presenting and articulating our value to IT professionals and C-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate with others, as required, to achieve desired objectives. You are a team player who knows how to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or any related quantitative discipline preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Up to 10% travel
