Description
Practice Connect is a highly differentiating program available only to skinbetter Authorized Partners (APPs), that enables practice-to-patient online selling of skinbetter products via skinbetter.com. The program is activated across all channels of the skinbetter US organization – e-Commerce, email, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, B2B selling and education, and field education and activation – making the owner of the program a highly visible and critical member of the skinbetter US organization.
The Senior Marketing Manager, Practice Connect will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategies designed to activate and expand the Practice Connect profit-sharing program for skinbetter science. This role will interface with key internal stakeholders across product, professional and digital teams to develop campaigns, programs and tools for Aesthetic Business Managers (ABMs) and APPs designed to increase APP activation and patient conversion.
This role may be called up to support and educate members of the sales team or to present at large APP events to represent skinbetter and the highly differentiating Practice Connect Program
With the Practice Connect program being a notable growth driver for skinbetter, the role offers significant opportunities for growth and visibility to leadership of skinbetter and the broader L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division.
Responsibilities
- Secure and analyze customer insights, trends and focus group inputs to identify the barriers and drivers to implementation and/or accelerated growth of Practice Connect.
- Establish APP-facing messaging that relays the value and benefits of Practice Connect, identify key segments and target audiences and develop marketing plans to deliver on Practice Connect penetration and revenue goals.
- Concept, develop, and implement multi-channel campaigns and messaging in collaboration with digital and professional channel leads that are aligned with brand Marketing and Revenue objectives.
- Plan and execute Practice Connect editorial and content calendar and related deliverables, including, email, social and APP tools (Replika and LDB.com).
- Manage (in collaboration with assigned ABMs) key Practice Connect APP relationships to maximize messaging, reach and conversion.
- Develop technical and programmatic roadmaps to ensure continued growth of the Practice Connect channel.
- Develop and optimize Practice Connect onboarding and training protocols for ABMs and APPs in support of efficient implementation and activation.
- Educate and sell Practice Connect program to internal stakeholders, ABMs and APPs.
- Work closely with VP, eCommerce to drive growth, optimize investment and develop future-state program and technical roadmap.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills, strong influencing skills
- Experience developing and implementing marketing programs with significant digital component(s).
- Strong Project Management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of digital marketing domains, with social media strategies as priority
- Customer service mindset
- Proven success in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment
- Experience collaborating with field-based sales team preferred
- Demonstrated level of professional maturity required to regularly interface with senior level healthcare professionals and a seasoned sales team.
