We are looking for a social media expert with B2B tech experience to own our social media strategy and channels, influencer strategy, and employee advocacy. The Senior Social Media Manager will plan, implement and optimize our social media programs to drive awareness and engagement globally.

This role will be responsible for creating compelling digital conversations with our prospects, customers and influencers, and driving lead generation through social media channels. You will manage both strategy as well as daily management and execution.

Candidates should be hands-on, data-driven, have a strong background in building creative social media campaigns, and have a solid understanding of how to drive amplification, engagement and leads using social media.

This role will be based in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy and execution of all social media activities for Uniphore to increase awareness, engagement, and preference of our brand and solutions.
  • Promote thought leadership and promotional content regularly while monitoring relevant conversations and identifying appropriate areas for ongoing engagement.
  • Create and manage the social calendar including drafting, editing, and sourcing creative for all posts. Leverage search engine traffic, social media data and campaign results to make editorial decisions.
  • Strategically leverage social media channels as a key element of integrated marketing programs, in collaboration with other marketing teams.
  • Track social media metrics and results. Create monthly reports and aggregate data into actionable insights to inform strategy and plans.
  • Drive paid social campaigns including ideation, goals, creative, execution, optimization and reporting.
  • Create, build and maintain influencer relationships. Manage our social influencer strategy and engagement plan.
  • Educate and enable Uniphore teams to strategically use social channels.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 7+ years of social media experience in B2B tech. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and immersion in social media and provide examples of your work.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading social media communities, with responsibilities in day-to-day management, growth strategies, measurement, engagement campaigns, influencer marketing, paid media, and content strategy.
  • Experience developing and executing global social campaign strategies and plans.
  • Proficiency in writing for various platforms. Know which content types, formats, and lengths work on each platform.
  • Experience with commonly social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with internal teams and leadership to create regional and functional social media promotion strategies.
  • Ability to turn social measurement into insights and create relevant, data-backed reports, compile results, and provide recommendations.
  • An analytical approach, with the ability to quickly identify trending topics and know when to engage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

$113,500 - $187,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:

California: $136,300 - $170,000 base + 10% target variable

Non- California: $113,500 base - $141,900 + 10% target variable

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
