With massive growth ahead for Case IQ, we’re looking for an ambitious, data-driven account-focused growth marketing manager to join our team. You’ll build an ABM strategy and execute multichannel campaigns and growth experiments to achieve aggressive pipeline and revenue targets.

In this role (remote-first), you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of Case IQ’s ABM campaigns. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing for an integrated approach to drive pipeline. You’ll join a lean, agile team, so expect a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you’ll wear multiple hats, be accountable and recognized for being proactive and results-oriented, and have the opportunity to drive significant impact.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a wide range of ABM campaigns and growth experiments across channels (including email, social, search, and bespoke events) to achieve pipeline targets.
  • Identify new growth experiments and channels that will help scale the demand gen efforts efficiently.
  • Coordinate quarterly sequence of marketing efforts and ensure key stakeholders have needed visibility.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product and ICP to inform messaging and experiment theses.
  • Deliver account research and analysis on best approaches to target accounts.
  • Work with Content Marketing to leverage new lead magnets to attract customers and fill our pipeline.
  • Build assets required to execute campaigns and experiments, including landing pages, email, and ad creative.
  • Delve into the data and key metrics daily to tune campaign effectiveness, optimize funnel performance from acquisition to retention and referral, and align with Sales on shared pipeline goals and feedback.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and progress on reaching goals to stakeholders.
  • Jump-in anywhere our team might need help along the way.

Who we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on ABM, ideally including recent B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering ABM marketing campaigns and channel experiments.
  • Full-stack experience across digital and traditional channels (including bespoke events).
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, results, visibility, and well-managed projects.
  • Strong learning orientation with demonstrated results as an inquisitive problem solver.
  • Skilled at working across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Data-driven marketer who strengthens their intuition with large amounts of data and customer insights.
  • Outstanding storyteller who is skilled in writing and has a good eye for design.
  • Creator who can produce a wide range of internal and external collateral that stands out.
  • Performance-focused and accountable to the KPIs related to their work, especially ROI.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Rollworks, Qualified, Google Analytics (or similar tools).
