Brand & Digital Marketing Manager - Delano, Mondrian & SLS
Based in Ennismore’s New York office and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager will join a passionate team building awareness and equity of Delano, Mondrian & SLS brands globally. Key responsibilities include supporting global and hotel level campaigns that impact commercial objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand presentation across markets and channels, and sustaining momentum in brand and enterprise initiatives designed to drive growth.
This role is ideal for a highly-organized, digital-first brand marketer, who will bring creativity and energy to iconic brands as they evolve to engage new audiences and continue to define lifestyle hospitality.
What you’ll do in the role…
- Act as the guardian of Delano, Mondrian, & SLS brand identities and oversee/build relevant assets to ensure that we deliver thoughtful and innovative communication at every touchpoint in the guest journey.
- Execute global brand initiatives, building a cohesive support plan to ensure that we activate ideas to maximise impact from PR, digital, content & events.
- Support the development of the marketing plans for new hotel openings, driving cross department integration and collaboration.
- Lead the global central social media channels, and strategy, identifying and adapting to trends as needed, and developing an always-on exchange with property accounts. Commission and manage content creation and support community management. Maintain social media guidelines for local market channels to follow and monitor quality and performance.
- Help manage the PR agency to deliver annual communication plans. Align with property teams on needs and objectives and manage the briefing, plans and reviews of local agency performance, plus the coordination of influencer and media stays.
- Help manage digital agencies and partners, including driving traffic and conversion on our brand.com, optimizing digital campaigns, and setting best practices across SEM, SEO, business listings/directories, paid social and all paid media.
- Implement multi-channel brand campaigns, working with agency partners to ensure smooth execution across owned, earned and paid channels, including the website, digital marketing, organic social, paid social, PR, e-mail marketing and more
- Develop key campaign metrics in conjunction with Director of Marketing. Track and present results to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Serve as a support for property marketing managers to deliver the execution of marketing plans

- Someone who can develop and deliver simple but inspiring brand tools to ensure all markets have clear objectives and expectations.
- Someone proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable and collaborative too
- Someone who loves to think strategically but also has a creative eye for detail
- A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure
- 4 or more years of experience in marketing
- Hospitality experience appreciated but not required
- Ability to identify new issues, trends and opportunities from data
- Experience managing digital and creative agencies to deliver key metrics
- Familiarity with social media tools (Sprout, Canva, etc.) and e-mail content block tools (Revinate)
- Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills (ability to build comprehensive presentations)
- You can travel as needed

The base salary for this role is $75,000.
