Brand Marketing Manager - Ninja Kitchenware

This role is based in our Needham, MA headquarters and is hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite
Position Overview Lead the development and execution of all GTM (Go-to-Market) plans for Ninja Kitchenware across a growing number of product categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build holistic marketing plans for our new and core products. Ensure sales readiness and launch excellence to deliver high rate of sales for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a category expert, understanding price, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs. Translate category insights into marketing actions.
- Rally cross-functional partners behind the goals of the category, helping teams translate ideas and insights into actionable plans and assets.
- Drive a consumer first mentality to develop relevant messaging and assets that deliver clear consumer understanding of products and brand and that will drive high purchase intent.
- Collaborate with consumer insights to identify the right validation path for our messaging, story and assets and leverage those insights to deliver best-in-class messaging.
- Oversee the execution of photo shoots, packaging, web content, digital and social advertising, influencer campaigns, PR, SEM, CRM, in-store displays and more.
- Work with media partners to create comprehensive media plans, ensuring right allocations of spend against right products to drive category success.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in market and regularly pressure test teams to deliver extraordinary results (IE assortment, pricing, content)
- Own in-market performance, tracking performance over time and leveraging key learnings to continuously improve and provide recommendations to the business.
- Serve as liaison and support for international teams, communicating the value proposition of our products and developing the marketing tools to support our products globally.

- Developing strong cross-functional relationships to include: creative services, commercial analytics, media, content, product development, culinary, strategic sales, category management, international.
- Strong research and analytical skills, to be able to draw conclusions.
- Project management and ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Biased toward action.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of prior consumer product marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility of brand strategy, messaging, and commercialization strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent field required. MBA preferred.
- Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs.
- Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products.
- Global/international marketing experience preferred.
