FH Media is our multifaceted new media company that includes owned and operated original content brands (Flighthouse, Retirement House, Teenager Therapy & more), an Instagram distribution network of 100+ pages in 16 unique verticals, and a full-service creative agency. Agency offerings include influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, paid media campaigns and beyond. Flighthouse works with a range of clients, from chart-topping musicians (Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, Blackpink) to industry-leading brands (Starbucks, Sephora, Bose, Tinder, FX Networks, Chipotle).

Summary

We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Coordinator to join our team, specializing in our Brand Campaigns. This role focuses on maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients throughout the campaign process, as well as contributing to the execution of campaigns spanning all of Flighthouse’s offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for brand clients after the sales process, ensuring robust communication and cultivating strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of campaigns that align with the clients' strategic objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of brand campaigns, providing updates to both the internal team and brand clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging influencers, and platform updates to ensure our brand strategy remains at the forefront.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with creators to ensure they understand campaign objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign process, ensuring a seamless experience for both the influencer and the client.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, influencer coordination, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage successful influencer campaigns and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and measurement tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and navigate cross-functional dynamics.
