Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative content creator with a specialization in short form video and paid media. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Content to strategize and produce exceptional video content. A successful candidate will demonstrate a unique combination of creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to captivate audiences and drive conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, particularly in short form content and paid social content.
  • Proficiency in utilizing content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite & video editing software (Premier Pro / Final Cut Pro)
  • Understand basic marketing psychology and brand positioning tactics
  • Ability to be resourceful in order to reach the best results possible
  • Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to optimize content into short form such as Reels, Tiktok and YouTube shorts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, accepting feedback and incorporating it into content revisions.
