As the Collaborative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing projects, operations, and relations that support internal and external collaborative initiatives. The primary function of this position is to boost brand awareness, minimize costs and increase revenue through strategic partnerships with clients and partners. You will also oversee affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing and act as the point of contact for collaborative marketing relationships.

Our Marketing Coordinator Will Also

  • Set goals and establish SMART KPIs and monitor results
  • Develop and lead collaborative marketing strategy and direct the execution of various marketing projects
  • Maintain communications with collaborative relationships – clients and partners
  • Increase brand awareness and annual engagement through strategic touch points and cadence in collaboration with partnerships
  • Conduct consistent market research, competitive analyses, and product data-driven strategy
  • Maintain and manage collaborative marketing assets and distribution to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and present annual collaborative marketing strategy including affiliate, influencer, philanthropic, and client-based marketing projects and goals
  • Liaise with other departments to guide cohesive approach collaborative marketing
  • Oversee collaborative marketing software
  • Monitor industry trends and direct the market research efforts of the company
  • Define collaborative marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Plan and organize collaborative marketing roll-out for a new client or holiday seasons
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns across channels that meeting collaborative marketing goals
  • Manage marketing assets and ensure compliance
  • Build strategic partnerships and relationships with collaborative partners
  • Manage communications between partners and CHP staff
  • Analyze and review metrics of collaborative marketing campaigns and provide solutions to challenges as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Creative mind with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media and email marketing preferred
  • Basic understanding of general marketing concepts
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

  • 7+ years of marketing and business development experience preferred
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Hands on experience with marketing software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent writing skills in English and strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or English a plus
