We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator- Entry Level to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to create compelling content, monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall growth of our online presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and videos that align with brand guidelines and optimize engagement.
  • Assist in managing influencer relationships, including identification, outreach, and coordination of collaborations and partnerships.
  • Support social media advertising campaigns by providing input on targeting, ad creative, and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in managing social media contests, giveaways, and promotions to drive engagement and grow the online community.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and concise copy for social media posts.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative and contribute ideas to improve social media strategies.
