  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Applicant must reside in Las Vegas as they will be required to work at the office located in Town Square twice a week and will be shooting the celebrity's content once a week.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging and captivating content for an international Pin-Up model across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a personality who has gone viral multiple times, including a video that reached 20 million views.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and manage compelling and on-brand content for the Pin-Up model's TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop a content schedule and effectively manage time to ensure consistent and timely content production.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform guidelines to avoid violations of terms of agreement.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas to drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging platforms to explore new avenues for brand promotion.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating success in managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Must provide links to all other social media accounts that they have worked on.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform guidelines and best practices to avoid violations.
  • Proficient in filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to create and adhere to a content schedule.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content, and community engagement.
  • Bonus: Experience with SEO and knowledge of optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and the model.
