Position Overview

Content Creation Coordinator

Lightstone is seeking to hire a Content Creation Coordinator within the hospitality marketing department. This is a temp to perm position. The Content Creation Coordinator will be responsible for creating social and digital assets (photo and video) for Moxy Times Square, Moxy Chelsea, and Moxy East Village. The Content Creation Coordinator will also assist with essential marketing tasks for Moxy Times Square, Moxy Chelsea, Moxy East Village, Moxy South Beach, Moxy Lower East Side, Moxy Williamsburg and Moxy Downtown LA.

Essential Functions

  • Create Photo/ Video Content for Moxy Times Square, Moxy Chelsea, and Moxy East Village
  • Manage a Content Calendar for Moxy Times Square, Moxy Chelsea, and Moxy East Village
  • Attend and Assist with Hotel Programming Events at the NYC hotels (outreach, social promo and capture, graphics, all NYC programming calendar invites, attending and support executing events)
  • Updating Hotel PR / Marketing Materials
  • Competitive Hotel Research (packages, social media)
  • Digital Ad and Website Audits (ensuring approved language is being used)
  • Organizing Hotel Marketing Assets in Dropbox
  • Website Updates
  • Assistance Updating LA Guest Touchpoints (i.e. 3rd party F&B listings, La Lo La Website, QR code updates)
  • Social Content Ideation
  • Assisting with Influencer initiatives
  • Assisting with Collateral, Swag ideation and production, and Giveaways

Qualifications

  • Photography and videography experience
  • Proficiency in graphic design and editing photo and video
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of Digital Media and Dropbox; Wordpress experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is highly entrepreneurial, both strategic and creative, which requires rapid learning, multitasking and prioritizing under tight deadlines
  • Superior verbal, written communications and presentation skills
  • Strong process management skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in an environment where one needs to taking initiative, anticipating requests and “manage up”
  • Demonstrated ability to identify errors, problems, opportunities and effectively problem solve

This is a temporary to permanent role - Hourly rate $30/hr

Compensation - Base $65,000 - $75,000 Salary commensurate with experience
