About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to scale our member acquisition and lifecycle marketing engine. You will bring full-stack growth capability to drive repeatable and scalable results across all digital marketing channels. This role will own all aspects of performance marketing: paid acquisition, email, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
The ideal candidate for this role has deep consumer direct marketing experience, is capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable with taking strategic ownership along with tactical day to day execution of growth efforts. They should also have experience working collaboratively with tech and product to drive conversion throughout the product lifecycle. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to grow and shape a critical business function and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic and operational plans for the growth marketing function, including objectives, key results, resources, budgets, forecasts, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Oversee performance of all digital and offline acquisition marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, display, direct mail, influencer marketing, and more.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy for leads and members via email, SMS, chat, in-app, referral programs, and other direct channels
- Partner with digital product on the customer journey, including landing page creation, user testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage Email Marketing to drive improved performance and conversion
- Identify, track and measure KPIs to drive efficient and scaleable growth, including member growth, CAC, CLV, and their underlying drivers.
- Research and drive execution of new strategies on new and existing channels, applying qualitative and quantitative research methods along with rigorous A/B testing.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of direct response digital marketing experience, driving profitable acquisition, exceeding ROI goals and contributing to revenue growth, ideally in DTC startup environment.
- Bonus points for experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, financial services, or similar.
- Prior experience scaling an early stage business.
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc).
- Experience driving multi-channel growth initiatives. Bonus points for working with products with a multi-touchpoint acquisition cycle
- Exceptional analytical skills and and an ability to distill data into actionable insights.
- Ability to balance strategy with execution - you will both drive high-level marketing strategy and at the beginning, be in the weeds on ad platforms.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced, startup environment. You will wear a lot of hats but also take a lot of ownership.
