Be a part of something ‘Above the Rest’. The Rooftop at Exchange Place and Hyatt House Jersey City is hiring a Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager! We are looking for a talented and versatile leader to market our rooftop bar, terrace restaurant, banquet space and hotel rooms.
Overlooking the Hudson River, with stunning views of Manhattan, our high energy rooftop bar and restaurant is the ‘Premium’ place to be: Premium Cocktails, Premium Food, Premium Location, Premium Views and Premium Service.
The Terrace Dining Room and Lounge offers an upscale dining experience for those looking to have more of a dining atmosphere with the same stunning views as The Rooftop.
We offer more than 7,500 square feet of banquet space, all with amazing views of Manhattan, the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty. We offer the perfect spaces for corporate meetings and events, weddings and other social events.
Hyatt House is a residentially inspired, extended stay hotel with spacious and modern suites featuring home-like amenities.
Summary:
Responsible for effectively marketing and managing hotel content in online marketing channels, such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok, in conjunction with the Concord Digital Marketing Strategy. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Assist with the strategy and plans of digital marketing.
- Manage overarching Social Media Strategy for both Hyatt House and RoofTop at Exchange Place
- Create authentic content.
- Produce any needed photography and videography.
- Basic graphic design for marketing materials and menus
- Create monthly social media calendar.
- Build out future posts.
- Stream live events.
- Engage with social followers and our social community.
- Develop community engagement plan.
- Ensure creatives align with brand standards and policies.
- Institute reporting via Sprout Social or Hoot Suite.
- Build, manage and report on paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with Concord Digital Marketing Department on items such as ads, promotions, packages, SEO, etc.
- Collaborate with public relations firm.
- Conduct influencer assessment and marketing contracts.
- Proactively seek out influencers to match target clients.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Attend any brand required training.
- Use training resources, such as HSMAI, Meta Blueprint free on-demand sessions and certifications.
- Communicate with property personnel and respond in a timely manner to property Digital Marketing requests.
