Global Community Manager, Social Media
About The Role
The Global Community Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of ESPRIT’s organic social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling/posting all content, responding to customer comments and DMs, and working cross-functionally with customer service, PR, and merchandising teams. This position will also work closely with Global Manager, Social Media to elevate our social presence and execute work that supports ESPRIT’s global brand vision.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all content that is posted is approved by ESPRIT’s creative team and Chief Brand Officer.
- QA all assets prior to scheduling.
- Schedule all content across all organic social platforms, respond to customer comments and DMs on both owned channels and other brands.
- Work in conjunction with the editorial team to develop and evolve the brand personality.
- Assist with competitive analysis and trend research to inform on spaces ESPRIT should be involved in.
- Monitor UGC and share findings with creative team. Engage with creator’s comments and own outreach for reposting/sharing permissions.
- Assist with the tracking of all social metrics and reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams in Global Merchandising to identify key products, ideal launch dates, and item availability by channel.
Your Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, editorial, or related field.
- 1 year internship or entry-level social marketing experience.
- Familiarity with CMS tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Planable, or similar.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions.
- Highly organized.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with agility to pivot projects to meet the demands of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management with ability to manage work schedule throughout the week and adapt to the needs of the business.

Compensation Range $75,000-$90,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
