What you can Expect from the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, driven, and ambitious Marketing Coordinator. will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to project manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across teams and vendors to deliver successful on time project completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, design, create marketing content and collateral in collaboration with product managers, rest of the marketing team, and external creative agencies aligned with Volk`s marketing roadmap.
• Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to refine social media strategy and best practices.
• Assist in managing social media channels LinkedIn (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and media/influencer calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Identifies additional channels to engage with target markets and increase reach.
• Oversee content calendar timelines and plan asset creation ahead of upcoming deliverables including photography shoots, video needs, and creative development.
• Execute digital demand generation activities and marketing campaigns aligned with product roadmap.
• Monitor and report on all digital footprint analytics with insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Volk’s digital presence.
• Execute tasks and manage projects as assigned to support the internal and external marketing and communications efforts of Volk.
• Ensure proper messaging is being executed online.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, visual communications, project management or other related field of study
• Demonstrated proficiency in comprehending each dimension of a project, along with the capacity to effectively handle and prioritize multiple competing tasks and objectives.
• Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools.
• Exceptional project management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for marketing, technology, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience of operating in a small but dynamic and fast-moving business environment and enjoys operating with a sense of urgency
