DIME Beauty is looking for a Content Coordinator to join the Creative Marketing team! This person will report directly to the Content Manager. We are looking for an innovative thinker with creative ideas and the discipline to see them through. The ideal candidate will bring solutions and ideas to the attention of their team and do well with the level of ambiguity that is to be expected at a young, fast-growing company. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing a cohesive, engaging brand image and aesthetic for DIME Beauty customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Content Manager and team to capture the brand image and aesthetic
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots – including but not limited to, creating mood boards, scheduling shoots, coordinating with models & make-up artists, etc…
  • Ensure that all pieces of content are delivered for all brand channels. Those include our website, social media, email, text, our app, etc…
  • Help oversee the creative direction of the brand and keep the brand top of line in the industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content coordinator or similar role
  • Eye for creative and design
  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends
  • Attention to detail and coordination of logistics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Location:

  • Draper, UT

Pay:

  • $40,000/year
