Sundae School, a Seoul and Los Angeles based streetwear & cannabis brand is looking for a detail oriented, experienced full stack marketer to head the team. Our mission is to globalize Cannab!s culture by providing highest quality goods and fits for the high-minded. We are looking for people who are:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating innovative marketing strategies for apparel and fashion brands. They will be the main stakeholder for E-commerce revenue, and should be able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive consumer engagement, identify new opportunities, and implement cutting-edge marketing programs to maximize brand impressions and conversions.
This job reports directly to the CEO and is based in New York - with hybrid working schedule 3-4 office days / week.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Sundae School's marketing strategy in line with the company's vision and mission
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team capable of delivering campaigns that drive brand awareness and product demand.
- Manage Sundae School's social media and influencer programs, identifying new partners and managing ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and creatives to execute and launch campaigns
- Create and maintain a marketing KPI dashboard to track growth and identify levers to accelerate growth
- Establish, activate and manage an integrated omni-channel strategy across owned and earned channels (socials, influencer)
- Set up marketing budgets, and generate monthly, quarterly, annual reports on digital efforts for brand performance
- Create executive team reports for weekly status and performance reports with analytics, key learnings and potential opportunities for improving ROI
- Manage 3rd party agencies involved for various marketing campaigns
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media advertising
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts and collaborations
- Develop strategies and processes to proactively capture happy, local customer online reviews
- Communicate current trends to the fashion and cannabis department leads
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in apparel and fashion.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and public relations.
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry and the ability to navigate the legal restrictions and regulations around marketing in this industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to evaluate marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling copy and content.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, train, develop, and manage a team.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
