As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for helping oversee the Creative Team and ensure that all creative work is of the highest quality. You will work closely with the Senior Creative Director and our team of Creative Strategists to develop creative concepts, strategies, and materials that align with our clients goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to develop detailed, multi-platform creator marketing campaign strategies for multiple client verticalsDistill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans that address client needsContribute insights that provide strategic context and elevate the Creative Team’s workCreate impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the strategic planHelp oversee the creative direction of all campaigns, ensuring that all creative work is of the highest quality and aligns with the clients brand guidelines while meeting deadlinesHelp manage the team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship as neededShow understanding of client needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives on client-facing pitches and conversationsEnsure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in creator marketing, social media, and content creationPresent creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine workWork closely with the Senior Creative Director to continuously expand and enhance the team’s capabilities to keep up with client needs and the industry’s ever-evolving landscapeQualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field5+ years of experience in creative direction, and 10+ years overall experience, preferably in a creator marketing or advertising agencyExperience in experiential marketing and productionExcellent creative and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of developing successful campaignsUnderstand the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective responseStrong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of creative strategists, designers, and other creativesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholdersDynamic and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and be held accountable for multiple projects with fast turnaroundsStrong knowledge of creator marketing, social media, and content creation landscape, best practices, and trendsComfortable navigating the nuances of working with a diverse portfolio of clients including but not limited to Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, CPG, and GamingGoogle Slides, Powerpoint, and/or Keynote literacy** Please provide access to your online portfolio or work samples with your resume submission for consideration.**
